About the Sign of the Cross
The Sign of the Cross is the simplest and most often said Catholic prayer. We begin and end every prayer with it, naming the Holy Trinity while tracing a cross on ourselves: touch your forehead (Father), your chest (Son), then your left and right shoulders (Holy Spirit).
